Hummingbird sitting (male)

This is a tiny, life size oil painting of a hummingbird. It is a male ruby-throated hummingbird sitting. I have painted two paintings of this same pose, but the other is a female hummingbird.

This painting is hand cut from a birch panel and prepared to make a tiny canvas for a hummingbird painting. Please note the size of the quarter and penny pictured for scale.  Each painting comes with gold painted edges, a D-ring on the back for hanging, and a certificate of authenticity.
