Hummingbird on nest

This is a tiny, life size oil painting of a hummingbird. It is a female ruby-throated hummingbird sitting on a nest. I have painted two paintings of this same pose, but each is a tiny bit different. This listing is for one painting. 

This painting is hand cut from a birch panel and prepared to make a tiny canvas for a hummingbird painting. Please note the size of the quarter and penny pictured for scale.  Each painting comes with gold painted edges, a D-ring on the back for hanging, and a certificate of authenticity.
